VIDEO PRODUCER
CNSNews.com, an online news service launched in 1998 and growing rapidly in the multi-media news market, is seeking an experienced video producer to oversee our video reporters and editors on daily deadline, to produce a daily news broadcast for our Web site, and produce related news video and audio products and services. The video producer must also be able to function as a reporter, shooting coverage on Capitol Hill and in the Washington, D.C. area, and writing stories on deadline as needed.
The video producer must be proficient in all aspects of video production – camera skills, lighting, audio, editing, and posting video/audio on the Web. FinalCut Pro and Sony Vegas (or comparable video-editing software) skills are necessary. At least 5 years professional experience required.
CNSNews.com focuses on politics and public policy issues important to a conservative audience, particularly those issues, events, and policies that the old, establishment media frequently ignore or underplay.
