Sen. Conrad: Raise Revenues and Cut Spending To Fix $6 Trillion in New Debt

Sen. Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) said it is necessary to both cut spending and raise revenues to help balance the federal budget, which is projected to have $6 trillion total in deficits over the next 10 years.
