There is no place in the Constitution that permits Senator Mark Warner to interpret the Constitution in ways that only serve to further his own socialist political goals. Congressmen are sent to Washington to consider and write Constitutional laws; whereas, the Supreme Court interprets the laws and the Constitution and the Executive enforces the laws and the Constitution. Although Warner swore to uphold the Constitution, he is interpreting it without the ability or the knowledge of Constitutional Law. Warner has never practiced law according to Hook, Carol S. "10 Things You Didn't Know About Mark Warner." U.S. News & World Report 5 November 2008 and no one should even ask him what he thinks because the answer would always be purely political.

No it is not.No one 'requires' anyone to get a driver's license(but if you do they require a "certified" hospital birth certificate 'if' you were born in the US; it not you get a pass....hear that obama???? We had to show ours to get a drivers lic.hmmm. Anyway Senator, you are wrong! RE-read those 2,000 pages of this "takeover the gov." bill and then read the Constitution. Now, you took an oath to uphold the constitution and if you don't you are committing treason against OUR freedom and our country. We will pursue the harm the people took against our country. And if you vote yes, you will be committing treason. You do not get a pass on this. You were not elected to violate OUR rights guaranteed to us under the US Constitution. Get over it, and do the right thing; protect this Country, Vote NO and against this blueprint for tyranny of the people!
