Senator it is morally wrong to commit Treason against the People of the United States and their United States Constitution which guarantees to them the right of liberty and freedom and oppression from the government! Please re-read this 2,000 document which is a blueprint to destruct the Constitution and allow the gov. control of the people and their belongings. Senator, watch the movie,"The Pianist"(2002) Oscar Winner and read the book, "1984" and you will see what will be the next to come if you vote yes. Do you really want to be the cause of our gov. being overthrown? Vote NO Senator; be strong! You can!

As proposed, individual mandates to carry health insurance and other aspects of national health care reform are unconstitutional. Since Article I, Section 8 does not authorize Congress to implement a health insurance mandate or universal health care plan; Congress should be talking about a constitutional amendment under Article V. What Senator Warner forgets is that the constitution limits government, not individuals. If Senator Warner thinks the federal government should have the right to implement federal control of health care, he should fight for a constitutional amendment allowing the federal government to do so. Same with Social Security, medicare, medicaid and education. There is no place in the constitution that gives the federal government the right to intrude in these areas.
